These terms apply to every order placed with Fungi Crest. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.

Products and use

All products are sold as food, food ingredients or research materials. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Research-grade materials are sold only to qualified businesses and institutions.

Prices and quotes

Retail prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Wholesale guide prices are indicative; a trade quote becomes binding only when we confirm it in writing and you accept it. Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise because wild harvest prices move with the season.

Import compliance

Buyers outside the United States are responsible for confirming that the products they order may be imported into their country. We supply the documentation listed in your quote.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
