Buying retail packs: instant checkout

Every product can be bought in small packs straight from the cart, with no account or minimum order.

1. Choose your mushroomBrowse the shop by category or search by name. Each product page shows the scientific name, origin and every available format.
2. Pick a format and pack sizeSelect fresh, dried, powder or extract and a pack size; the price updates instantly. Buying three or more packs of the same item applies volume savings automatically.
3. Check out securelyEnter your delivery details and pay with any method shown at checkout, including bank transfer and cryptocurrency. You can check out as a guest or create an account.
4. We pack and shipYou receive an order confirmation by email straight away. Dried and extract products ship in 1–3 business days; fresh mushrooms ship chilled from Monday to Wednesday.
5. Track your deliveryA tracking link arrives by email as soon as the parcel is collected. Account holders can follow every order under My account.

Ordering trade lots: request a quote

For volumes at or above a product’s minimum order, or for lots you need graded, documented or shipped abroad, request a quote instead of paying at checkout.

1. Build your quote listOn any product, choose a format and select “Trade lot”, or tap “Add to quote list”. Mix as many species and formats as you need.
2. Tell us volume and destinationOpen the quote form and add quantities, grade preferences, target dates and the delivery address or port.
3. Receive a written offerA specialist replies within one business day with grades, photos, lead time, documents and landed pricing. Samples are available before you commit volume.
4. Confirm and payAccept the offer and pay by bank transfer or cryptocurrency against a pro-forma invoice. Standing orders can be set up on account.
5. Ship with the paperworkYour lot ships insured with a commercial invoice, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate and certificate of analysis where applicable.
