Yes. Every product can be bought in retail pack sizes straight from the cart — from 5 g of wild cordyceps to 10 kg cases of button mushrooms. A trade account is only needed for volume pricing on trade lots.

Cart prices are fixed retail prices for small packs that ship immediately. Quotes are for trade lots at or above the minimum order, where price depends on grade, season, volume and destination, so we confirm it in writing.

Yes. When you buy several packs of the same item: 3 or more packs save 5%, 6 or more packs save 8%, 12 or more packs save 12%. The saving is applied automatically in the cart.

Fresh mushrooms travel chilled in insulated packaging with gel packs by overnight or two-day express. Truffles and matsutake ship within 48 hours of harvest grading during their season.

Insured express shipping is free on retail orders of $800 or more, worldwide. Below that it is a flat $29.98 in the United States and $33.99 to Europe and the rest of the world. Trade shipments are quoted door-to-door, including export documentation.

Yes. We export dried, frozen and extract products to Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Australia, and supply phytosanitary certificates and certificates of origin where required by the importing country.

Every lot is inspected on arrival for species identity, moisture and foreign matter. High-value species such as wild cordyceps are DNA-authenticated, and extracts ship with a certificate of analysis from an independent laboratory.

We buy from harvesters and cooperatives who follow regional harvest rules, rotate picking grounds and leave immature specimens. Chaga is only harvested from living birch that can regrow it.

Yes. Extracts, powders and research-grade materials come with a batch CoA covering identity, active compounds, heavy metals and microbiology. CoAs for other formats are available on request.
