Shipping & Delivery

Every order is packed by hand in our temperature-controlled facility and shipped insured. Fresh product ships Monday to Wednesday so it never sits in a depot over a weekend.

Retail orders and delivery costs

Insured express delivery in 1–3 business days within the United States. Orders of $800 or more ship free, worldwide. Below that, shipping is a flat $29.98 to US addresses and $33.99 to Europe and the rest of the world. Fresh mushrooms travel chilled with gel packs in recyclable insulated liners. Dried, powder and extract products ship in sealed, light-proof pouches.

Seasonal and fresh wild species

Truffles, matsutake, morels and other fresh wild mushrooms ship within 48 hours of grading during their harvest season. If a harvest falls short of the grade you ordered we contact you before shipping — never substitute without asking.

International and trade shipments

We export dried, frozen and extract products worldwide. Trade quotes are door-to-door and list incoterms, transit time, duties guidance and the documents we supply: commercial invoice, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate and certificate of analysis where applicable.
